Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are between 7:24 roofing and its clients. By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to these terms.

The Company provides a variety of roofing services, including but not limited to:

– Roof installation
– Roof repair
– Roof maintenance
– Inspection services
– Detailed descriptions of services will be provided in the project proposal.

All estimates provided by the Company are valid for 30 days. After this period, the Company reserves the right to adjust the pricing.

Payment terms are as follows:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing the contract.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Payments can be made via Eft

The Company will provide an estimated start and completion date. However, these dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Company will communicate any significant delays to the Client promptly.

The Client agrees to provide the Company with access to the property during normal working hours.

The Client is responsible to ensure all personal and breakable property is adequately removed.

The Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Client must inform the Company of any existing issues that may affect the project.

The Client is responsible for making toilet facilities available for the staff working on the property.

The Company offers a warranty on workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of completion.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms.

The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from acts of nature, improper maintenance, or alterations made to the roofing system after completion.

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these conditions.

Upon termination, the Client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By signing the contract, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
